American K-Span / Quick Span Machine

The machine shown is a mobile K-Span / Quick Span roll-forming system, mounted on a trailer. It is designed to manufacture curved steel roofing panels that can be assembled into self-supporting arch structures used for car parking shades, warehouses, workshops, industrial buildings, and similar applications.

Main Function

The machine takes steel coils as raw material and forms them through a series of rollers into a ribbed K-Span roofing profile. The formed panels can then be curved to the required radius and joined together using a seaming/locking machine to create a continuous arched roof.
