Welcome to SeekMachines.com. By accessing, browsing, or using this Website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

1. About SeekMachines

SeekMachines.com is an online marketplace for industrial machinery, equipment, and related services. Users can post ads, view listings, and connect with buyers or sellers.

SeekMachines acts solely as a listing platform and is not a part of any transaction between buyers and sellers. We do not own the equipment listed on the website, do not broker deals, do not guarantee the equipment’s working condition or seller performance and do not sell or own any machines listed.

Furthermore, Seek Machines is not responsible for pricing, payment or delivery of the machines.

2. User Eligibility

By using this Website, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old
  • You have the legal authority to enter into binding agreements
  • You are using the Platform for lawful business or personal purposes

3. Advertising on the Website (FOR THE SELLER)

a) Free Ads

  • Users may post advertisements free of charge.

b) Boosting Ads with Hot Deal Package

  • Users may choose to boost ads for better visibility. (Please note that ad boosting improves visibility, but does not guarantee sales. Results may vary depending on market conditions, buyer interest and various other factors.)
  • Boosted ads are activated within 24 hours of payment.
  • Users can select the start date for their boosted ad, subject to the availability of space in the Hot Deal section.
  • The minimum boosting duration is 3 days; maximum duration is 60 days
  • Boosting involves additional costs payable upfront.

c) Verified Ads

  • Users may choose to verify their ads to increase authenticity.
  • Verification is currently limited to UAE customers
  • Once payment is completed, technicians will verify the ad within 3 working days, and the report will be issued the following day.
  • If verification fails, the report will explicitly state the reasons.
  • No reimbursement is provided for unsuccessful verification, as fees cover technicians’ time and effort.

d) Updating Sold Status

  • Advertisers must notify SeekMachines when a machine is sold.
  • Automated emails are sent every six months to confirm the status of listed machines.
  • Advertisers can update status via email to help remove sold equipment from the website.

e) Price Information

  • Prices provided in ads are for internal classification only and will not be displayed publicly.

4. Buyer Membership (FOR THE BUYER)

a) Membership Requirement

  • Buyers must register as a member to view seller details.
  • Membership is valid for the period of the subscription plan.
  • The plan can be upgraded multiple times.

b) Membership Categories

Postings are categorized into four based on the value of the advertisement:

  • Bronze
  • Silver
  • Gold
  • Platinum

Access to the ads depends on the user’s subscription level:

  • Platinum Subscription: Access to all ads
  • Gold Subscription: Access to Gold, Silver and Bronze ads
  • Silver Subscription: Access to Silver and Bronze ads
  • Bronze Subscription: Access to Bronze ads only.

c) Compensation for Sold Ads

  • If a buyer reports a machine that has already been sold,the admin will verify the information with the seller and provide additional ad views if confirmed.

d) Subscription Pricing

  • Prices for subscriptions may vary as determined by Seek Machines.

e) Pending Views & Upgrades

  • No reimbursement is provided for unused or pending views.
  • Existing plans and views will be carried forward after expiration and will remain available when a new plan is purchased.

5. User Accounts & Listings

  • Users are responsible for providing accurate and complete information.
  • SeekMachines reserves the right to edit, reject, suspend, or remove listings that violate rules.
  • Users confirm that they have the legal right to advertise or sell listed machines.

6. Role of SeekMachines

  • SeekMachines is a neutral platform connecting buyers and sellers.
  • We do not verify machine ownership, condition, authenticity, pricing, or delivery.
  • All transactions, inspections, payments, and agreements occur directly between users.

7. No Warranty or Guarantee

All listings are provided “as-is”. SeekMachines makes no warranties regarding:

  • Accuracy or completeness of listings
  • Merchantability
  • Availability of buyers or sellers

8. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

  • Conduct independent inspections and due diligence
  • Comply with applicable laws
  • Communicate professionally and honestly
  • Not misuse contact information obtained through the Platform
  • Fraudulent activity, misrepresentation, or abuse may result in immediate removal.

9. Payments & Fees

  • Paid services (boosting, verification,) are non-refundable
  • Seek Machines does not process payments between buyers and sellers.

10. Training, Logistics & Third-Party Services

  • Any references to training, installation, or logistics are provided by users or third parties.
  • Seek Machines is not responsible for disputes arising from third-party services.

11. Intellectual Property

  • All Website content, including logos, branding, text, and layout, is owned by SeekMachines. These rights are protected under applicable trademark, copyright, and intellectual property law.
  • Users grant Seek Machines a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display and promote their listings.

12. Buyer Membership & Access to Seller Contact Details

a) Membership Requirement to Access Seller Details

  • Access to seller contact information is strictly limited to registered members with an active subscription.
  • Buyers must select and pay for a membership plan (Bronze, Silver, Gold, or Platinum) to view seller details.

b) Prohibition of Circumvention

  • Sellers and buyers are strictly prohibited from providing, sharing, or facilitating access to contact information outside the Platform to avoid the membership requirement.
  • Sellers must not include phone numbers, emails, WhatsApp, or other direct contact details in the ad description or images.
  • Buyers must not attempt to bypass the membership system using automated tools, third-party contacts, or private arrangements.

c) Consequences of Breach

Any attempt to circumvent the membership system will result in:

  • Immediate suspension or termination of the user account (seller or buyer)
  • Removal of the advertisement(s) in question
  • Forfeiture of any paid fees or membership benefits
  • Possible legal action if laws are violated

d) Platform as Exclusive Channel

SeekMachines is the exclusive platform through which buyers may contact sellers. All communications regarding posted ads should occur via the Platform until the buyer has purchased a valid membership.

13. Limitation of Liability

SeekMachines shall not be liable for:

  • Direct or indirect loss
  • Business or financial loss
  • Disputes between users
  • Machine condition, performance, or delivery
  • Use of the Platform is at your own risk.

14. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold SeekMachines harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from:

  • Use of the Website
  • Listings or communications
  • Violation of these Terms

15. Termination

SeekMachines reserves the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate access without notice
  • Remove listings that violate Terms
  • Restrict access for any reason deemed necessary

16. Changes to Terms

SeekMachines may update these Terms at any time.

Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
